ABOUT JEFF
JV’s Pro Life & Fitness, LLC. Owner - Jeff Vincent. Coach Jeff works with numerous individuals, coaches and teams to improve all aspects of athletic performance & mental confidence. He has spoken at several state level coaching clinics, on how to build a successful XC program. Coach Vincent has been name Kentucky Class “A” Girls Coach of the Year, NCKC Coach of the Year, and KTCCCA Area 4 Coach of the Year. During his 14 year high school coaching tenure, his teams captured 12 Conference Titles, 8 Regional Championships, 2 State Runner-Up Titles, and 9 top 5 State Finishes. He also coached the 2005 State Female XC Champion, multiple Regional and Conference Champions, and over 20 All-State Athletes, along with multiple collegiate runners. Coach Jeff ran and played basketball for the University of the Cumberlands during his college years.
Currently, Jeff works at Eastern Kentucky University as an Assistant Director of an Education Program. He is also a distributor for all-natural nutritional supplements with Zija International. His business, as a Professional Certified Life and Fitness Coach, was started in 2012. Jeff focuses to improve his clients’ strength, speed, endurance, stamina, confidence, motivation, and the mental hurdles that affect athletic performance. His cliental include people and athletes that wish to improve their focus, concentration, emotional, psychological & physical aspects of golf, baseball, football, soccer, cross country, lacrosse, volleyball, swimming, field hockey, softball, track and basic general fitness.
