Danielle (Parent):
I have known Jeff my whole life and there is a goodness...a brightness... that shine within in him. He has taken this light and wrapped it around my kids. He brings out the best in them because he believes in them and every day they believe a little bit more in themselves. Yes, they have grown and improved in their athletic endeavors under his guidance...but more than that...they have become more confident, more centered, and happier with the success they have found. Jeff is not only their coach but their mentor and their friend. To have someone else love and believe in your child besides you is just priceless!
Riggs (Athlete – 6th Grade):
He is helping me reach my potential...not the potential I think I have in me...but the potential he sees in me...and that is a big difference.
Rollins (Athlete – 4th Grade):
Jeff is so fun and I enjoy our sessions so much! He doesn't watch me do the workouts...he does them with me. He helps me with my goals and celebrates my good races and helps me though my bad ones. He has taught me that both are important.
Holly (Parent):
I am amazed at just how easy it for Jeff to establish a rapport and trust with these kids. Kids just flock to him. Jeff just grabs and holds their attention. For that, I am thankful and the coaching has helped Colin so much!
Todd (Parent/Baseball Coach):
In one short workout, Jeff trained my daughter to run at a level that she didn't know she could obtain. Her season began as an average runner and ended as the runner up in her age group at the AAU National meet. Jeff's techniques work and we have started using his program for our other sports teams.
Russell (Parent):
My son is a 7th grader. Before working with Jeff, Isaac was content just to finish a race. This year Isaac's 5k PR went from a 25:46.59 to a 20:25.07. Isaac walked away from the state championship meet saying "that was my last 20 minute race.”
Tracy (Parent):
Jeff helps his clients with strategies for doing their best in life as well as in sports. His positive attitude is contagious!
Michelle (Parent):
After 2 near career ending injuries, Chloe joined an AAU traveling basketball team to make sure she was strong enough to finish out her senior year. When her AAU coach took me to the side and said Chloe is the fastest kid on the team but she really needs to find a trainer to work on her strength or I'm afraid she will get hurt again. We turned to Jeff to make that happen, and we couldn't be happier with her accomplishments. Chloe says that she knows she wouldn't have made it through the season without Jeff’s workouts through the summer. Chloe’s confidence went up, her motivation went up, her wellness went up and with being out a whole year total with injuries she still managed to make 1,000 rebounds during her varsity career her senior year. Jeff aided her accomplishment of 1,000 rebounds along with her track records for only having joined her senior year.
"Motivational, Christian, confidence building coaching" just when you need it, using just the right tactics at just the right time is Jeff's forte!! He makes the sport you are working on fun and prideful to one’s self being.
Lee (Parent/XC Coach):
I appreciate Jeff’s dedication to Nina along with the Goshen team. There is no way; Nina achieves her goals without his coaching, mentoring, friendship and sincere commitment. This season ranks in my top 3 moments of my life. When Nina crossed the finish line, I was in tears of joy and so proud of her. Jeff’s workouts were fun but he pushed her to greatness. It was quite simply an amazing moment (Nina winning the state championship) in our lives as a father & daughter and of course our faithful, kind and close friend, Jeff Vincent.
Nina (Athlete – 5th Grade):
Thank you, Jeff, for all that you have done for me during my cross country season. Jeff trained with me, helped me get better & better. Jeff was always there to support me in my races and even when he wasn’t, sometime I would call him before my race so he would get me focused. I liked our pep talks. Jeff helped me gain confidence and have faith in myself. He was there on the day I won the Kentucky State XC Meet. I remember him telling me to run like I mean it & leave it all out there. Jeff even was there when I got down on myself. I will always have confidence in myself and want to thank Jeff soooooo much for pushing me to my limits. Our workouts were challenging but fun. Jeff and I will always be friends and I hope to get to work with him again soon.
Susan (Parent):
Jeff’s influence on Nina is nothing short of amazing. “Thank you” doesn’t quite seem to capture our appreciation for Jeff and the role he has played in Nina’s growth as a person and as an athlete.
Liz (Parent):
My son is 16 years old and a baseball player. He is a left-handed pitcher. Since working with Jeff Vincent, he has gained a self-confidence that he never had before. Jeff has helped him focus and learn to use the nervousness that was ever present in his game to his own advantage. Jeff has the ability to connect with my son on an athletic level and a psychological/emotional level as well. These are lessons that he will carry for the rest of his life. My son even walks with more self-confidence than before. Not to mention, that in 7 months, my son has gone from 160 pounds to a muscular 185 pounds on a 6’4” body frame. He looks good and he feels good. Jeff can work with any athlete and he does it with commitment, passion and he is totally invested in my son’s successes.
